my girls laptop is running windows 8.1 and somehow she opened it and changed the login email name and now I can't login to admin status to change it back.I do have a secondary login for her to use but she used the admin one and added her password to the front of the user name and the secondary user has no admin rights. is there a way to reset the computer using the secondary login, or by using the c prompt.
