I have heard of Flash being installed with Chrome, but not Chrome with Flash ... Use the uninstall feature inside of Control Panel to uninstall Chrome. If it was installed as part of flash, you may need to uninstall flash to get rid of it. Then, reinstall flash, this time looking at the different options of the flash install more closely to deselect Chrome.
Of course, all of this begs the question of why you would want to remove Chrome in the first place.
