The kindle freetime icon is gone from my kindle fire but says it is still installed in settings. How do I get it back?

I have 2 kindle fires, one a HD and the other 2nd Generation. I have Kindle freetime set up on the 2nd generation and when I set up the HD the icon for FreeTime dissapeared from both. I have looked in settings on both and it is an installed application on both but not a running application. How do I get it as a running icon again on both please?
