It says my email address does not exist.but I have one and also use facebook with that email.how to get back my email

I ve a hotmail email.but since hotmail is ungraded to outlook.so when I try to log in with the email it says it does not exist.Ugrade to outlook was automatic and the email address remains same.but still I cannot excess.on the other hand I use my facebook account with that email.i even logged in to msnl yrs bak.so what should I do to get back my email and login to hotmail (upgraded to outlook)

If your hotmail account was left inactive - you didn't log in - for something like 240 days, then it was disabled and all mail deleted. You can try contacting them to see if you can get your email address back but the contents will be gone irrevocably.
