just got new card need to activate it,forgot i.d. and password..what do i do?

I forgot my user i.d. and password..just got new card.im about to stick the card in my paper shredder.or fire place..need some help...

Uh, you just got a new card from whom? What type of card? UserID and password to log into what?

please help me i can't access my facebook account ([email protected]) that's my email ..please help me as loong as possible.

You will need to access Facebook's account recovery system. There should be an option for you to enter your email address instead of your userID. Follow those steps.
