Not receiving emails on 2nd gmail account

I have created a new gmail account, received confirmation from google. However, emails forwarded from my original gmail account are not being received. Emails sent from an account other than gmail are being received

Due to temporary issues you are not able to revieve any mail from different Gmail account, try again after logging in again or after restarting your browser. If still you get the same issue then just wait for few hrs.
