atioglxx.dll error during running some software

Hi!

I need help.

I have problem in running some programs and games, i receive windows error message mostly it is connected to atioglxx.dll

My PC

VGA Ati radeon HD 3450, CPU is Athlon XP 200+, MB is Asus A7V8X-X, HDD 40GB (1st partition is 20GB), DDR1 is 1.2 GB,OS Windows XP Pro 32 bit

Please help me to find sollution.
