Alternatively, use the command found in the help menu to report this broken site."

I assume that you are using Firefox. First, verify that your system time and date are correct. If they are and the problem persists, go to preferences>Advanced>Certificates and disable the OCSP check.

  Security-wise, this is probably not a great idea, but it should get you in to your site.
