how to remove the http://all.samplesfamily.com ?

This is an banner that appears with Chrome, Firefox ou Explorer. There is no "Close" Button. If you click the "X" automatically another page opens up and if you close it, the banner is still there. I'm sure this is a virus or malware or a adware.
