how can i upgrade my iphone 4s to ios 7 using itunes?

Just plug it into the computer, go to the device screen in itunes and there should be a button saying check for updates. Just follow from there. That's if it doesn't come up with an automatic update message when you plug the iPhone in, which it usually would do
