I installed a disc onto my laptop. how do I save the work I do onto the disc itself and not my laptop??

Question

Its a disc from one of my school books and I need to be able to take quizzes on them and print or send them. I dont have a printer so im trying to save it back on the disc to be able to eject it and print it at school. How do I copy my work to tje disc when there is no way to right click and copy on the program downloaded?
