1-click in the kindle books app will not work on my RCA tablet

I have an RCA RCT6203W46 tablet. I have installed the Amazon Kindle app for books and I can acces books but when I tryto pay via 1-click option I get a message to set-up 1-click to procede. I set-up 1 click at least 6 times but I still receive the same message.
