How do to get my pof profile deleted or inactive when I know I am using the correct email when they are saying I'm not

I want to delete my pof profile. I am using the correct email and other information. Pof at the end tells me I'm not using the correct user name or password to put email in and they will send me a new password. I do they say my email address doesn't exist or is wrong.I know it's correct
