How can I reset the apn type on my LG E 980 OPTIMUS G Pro?

My data quit working a month ago. I cannot send or receive photos. I called Straight talk and they said I need to reset my apn TYPE. That area is grey and I cannot make any changes. They said to check with LG for a solution!

Good Luck! This has plagues thousands of hard working individuals that have sAved their money to purchase outright a LG phone to use with whomever the wish. On my end... I can talk, use text but NO PICTURE messaging. Called LG and could not get "Cindy" to not read her screen ~ nor did she admit a issue. She kept putting blame on net10 and me. I wish I could help... but there has been nothing that I found yet. Some have installed aftermarket messaging app to get to work.... Good Luck ~ and if you find something that works ~ please share!
