How do I get out of windows boot error screen in windows 7 ultimate?

I have a Toshiba satellite c655d-s5084 it's got no restore points,system recovery and out of box won't work , it's now stuck in windows boot error screen /windows/system32/winload.exe is missing press esc or enter. I had win 7 home edition, re-install win 7 pro once, now trying to install win 7 ultimate

I am unclear: is the winload.exe error coming up during the install of Windows 7 Ultimate or what?
