is dub 130.mail.live.com spyware ?

I get an 'unverified certificate' message in relation to dub130.mail.live.com - thus is  dub130.mail.live.com  some form of spyware trying to attach itself to my e-mail account ? , and if so how do I get rid of it?

No, it is not spyware. Live.com is Microsoft run.
