the master bios password for dell mini inspiron 910 service tag JT67HJ1

My husband bought me a dell mini inspiron 910 from a flea market but when i turn it on the screens black with a little blue box that says enter password. After entering the wrong password 3 times the screen stays black and a white box pops up, it says system disabled [01735] and also says service tag [JT67HJ1] ive tryed to find the master bio passwords but have not figured it out. What do i do?

You will have to contact Dell for assistance. They are the only ones who can do anything.
