Windows boot manager for a gateway LT4010U

My gateway LT4010U won't go past the Windows boot manager. This laptop has no cd rom so I don't have a disc and I can't figure out how to get it to boot.

If you can get on another computer and create a flash drive for Windows recovery or have the Windows 7 installation on a flash drive, you could boot up and get to the recovery console -> Command Prompt and try:

Bootrec /fixmbr<enter>

Bootrec /fixboot<enter>
