My Dell vostro 15 10 laptop won't turn on?

 

I was using the laptop when suddenly I dropped my phone on laptop just beside the touch pad and now it is not turning on when i try to turn it on the light blinks and just after few seconds it turns off .Even the dell logo does not come up.
             I tried using it with the charger, and I tried opening back panel removed hard disk and re inserted it ...
 
             Any ideas? Please help me!

reset it remove battery remove supply hold in the on button for 30 secs refit supply NOT battery try the laptop, if power supply led(the one on the supply) extinguishes instantly then the laptop has a short circuit and needs repair
