My laptop won't turn on.

Please help me, there's something wrong with my laptop. After turning it on, only the welcome note will appear and then it will become blank with only the cursor and nothing more for the whole time. What should I do?

Take your drive out of the computer and put it in an external drive caddy. Now connect it to another computer which is working and copy all of your important files/data. Return the drive to the computer. Now look up the insturctions to perform a factory restore ofr your computer and follow them.
