i downloaded a game and it says the gam is not responding doto app hang b1 what should i do?

please help i tried to download a game it worked the main screen came up then it said game no responding due to apphang b1

That error can be caused by a wide range of things.

The first think I suggest is to run MSCONFIG and on the general tab, select Selective Startup and the have a checkmark in Load system services but clear the box for Load startup items, click okay,  and then reboot the system. See if the problems recur now.
