Go to the gmail site, choose the option to recover your password/forgot your password. They will send recovery information to your registered mobile #, an email to your back-up account, or have you answer the security questions you put in place when you set up the account.

You will have to go to gmail.com to reset your password, after that you can goo to your settings and readd your email
