Why wouldn't you be? Both are accredited, right? (DSU and Hurricane)
At worst, some of your credits from DSU wouldn't transfer but as long as it is an accredited school that shouldn't be a problem. Already having an associates they might not even require the SAT/ACT althought you should still take them as you never know when it might come in handy down the road.
