recently unablel to access contacts in my outlook email. then two days ago unable to open or delete emails

My contact list does not open. I have addresses and phone numbers that I store in there. They will be gone after 30 days. I have contacted outloook support but am unable to retrieve their advice. Then two days ago I am not able to open or delete emails. I am a techno challenged grandma. Please let me find addresses for my important folks.
