how do i delete my icloud account from my IPod touch if I don't have access to my password or email address on file?

I lost both my email account and password for my I-Cloud account . In order for me to delete my i-cloud account I need my password which I've forgotten, and the email account which i used to set up the i-cloud with i can no longer access so I can't get a new password sent to me. Can you please show me what needs to be done? Thanks for your time.
