i was working with this guy online then i didnt he had access to my site for agency.africabeauties.com then he deleted me so even if i put my password that i have he deleted me.what can i do

If you own the site then it will be registered to you and you can pursue action with the hosting company on that basis. If you are not the registered domain owner, unless you can provide some sort of contract between the two of you describing the relationship or some other documentation that you are the owner of the domain, you won't be able to do anything.
