Can't remember where to find my mail settings, incoming & outgoing servers etc, can u help please

In your mail client, open the account settings and you will be able to find the various settings for your mail server.

If you are trying to perform the initial set up, then you will need to search for your mail service and then "pop3 mail settings." For example, "my.isp.com pop3 mail settings."
