What is the situation of a website that once sought shows a blank white page?

I was given access to a website through permission (with a password), here, I studied for training.  I had been into this site for almost 2 months.  Lately, upon inputting the website on the search bar and after there is no longer activity on the window bar, the computer screen just turns blank white with nothing in it.  I don't think my account is deleted because at this point I still have not gone into the homepage where I can input my password.  I do not know what to do.  Please help me as soon as possible.  Thank you.
