how to reset my Instagram password without using Facebook or my email

My password to Instagram is 123456 and it won't let me log in it says I need to secure my account by resetting my password and i cant reset my password because I'm not linked to Facebook and they reset password email is not sending someone please help me I'm desperate to get my Instagram back!!

I need help I cannot log into my Instagram I do not know my password please help me I do not know myemail password neither

I deleted Instagram cause I'm not soposed to have it but i got it anyway and my dad wanted to check my phone and so I deleted it then after that I got it back so I tried to log in but it won't work when it's the right Username and I foregot my Password PLEASE HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!!!!
