what should i do If usb modem not recognized?

if i connect my usb modem it there is a message "USB device not recognized so what should i do" my modem is HUAWEI E303 i tried to go to vodashop nothing done to me...  but it was working correctly on my PC... I was trying to go to other PC for troubleshooting it display the message as it is.
