Uninstallation problem

I installed NASA's eye in my computer. now, i want to uninstall it. but, i cant find the software uninstallation icon in both ccleaner as well programs and features in control panel. Please anyone help me to fix this issue. thanks in advance.

Disable your Internet commection and go to control Panel and clik on Add or Remove Programs, after appearing " Add or Remove Programs list " select the desirable program and push the " Change/Remove " button. after that restart your PC and enable your internet connection again.
