Need Help connecting Eyemax pc base dvr 9632 to view online remotely

I have tried various tips I have read online but I still can't manage to view the cameras online. I've tried various apps but it's not connecting to view the cameras. I've tried making the ports wider. I've have read the manual for this specific device and no luck yet. I know there is something I'm missing but can't seem to find the problem. When I try to connect directly with the IP address I get a message that says multiple access denied, not sure what that means? I need some help to view these cameras online. Any suggestions I would appreciate.
