I have a android tablet & need to download format program fat32 for flash drives & micro SD cards for memory & storage for music & movies for on the go & Xbox 360. I can use my tablet just like a computer but either can't find program for tablet & when I do it downloads then I get a message that pops up saying can't open file. I do not have a functional PC or laptop for the program, so how can I make this work?
