i am currently takin college courses and the course requires me to download ebooks after the download i type in my user name and password to unlock the file which the file for the book wont let me see the contents of the book. I was able to do this last week without a problem but now it wiont unlock the file and ive ben throught eh settings and i am stuck how can i fix this problem.
