My quick remote all of a sudden stopped working for my pre paid Sprint LG Volt. Please help!

My quick remote was working just fine at first, now it's not working at all. Ive tried deleting it then starting a new remote and tried editing it too and still nothing! Why is this happening? Dont know what to do!
