If you have Windows based PC than install Microsoft Security Essential in your computer and go to the "setting" for configuration  of MSE > click  > "Advance"  and select the  (Right Mark) on the  " Scan removable drives "  After that insert infected  "USB" into your PC and scan your PC.  After scaning your PC including infected USB MSE remove all viruses form your PC and USB.
