what is best free app 2 download so I can send & save contacts &filesto my sd card?

I have a unlocked at&t Lg Pro G & use net 10 service. It automatically updated new goole & google plus, & now is so slow & pages turn from site 2 site so I can't even talk 2 customer service dept. 2 get my account info changed or secured w/ google! I need 2 do factory reset as net 10 says I need to update browser, what do I use so google won't take over my fone again? They ruined 2 of my fones & fried my hubby's new lg 2 doin this crap!
