How to transfer old info from a LG Phone to the new Galaxy 5S

How do i transfer all the Contact, Picts, and data from memo to my new Galaxy 5S???

The easiest way would be to take your phone in to the local store front of your cell phone provider. They normally have equipment to do this. Failing that, you should be able to put things onto a microSD card from the LG and then put that into the Galaxy.
