Lenovo z370 laptop not powering on after bios upgrade. could somebody help?

Oh, that's bad. You will have to contact Lenovo support. If it crashed during the BIOS update it is "bricked" meaning as useful as a brick, and only Lenovo will be able to fix the issue if they even can. The BIOS chip itself probably has to be replaced, maybe the motherboard.
