You will need to go into the settings, manage memory, and find the format there. You could also put it into a computer card reader and format it that way.

Just simply go to settings, click storage. Long press the storage and options will pop-up. You can see format SD card then click. That simple. Support answer.. you cant view anything because your SD might have a virus or had been corrupted. Download first anti.virus then scan first.
