how do I factory reset my HipStreet Titan 2 7

I've held down the volume- and the power button as people have told me it would factory reset but it comes up in Chinese and I don't have a clue of what to press after that, i've had me tablet for a long time now and I forgot my unlock pattern and my gmail so I have no other way to get back on and I have no clue on how to reset, someone help please?
