How do I get the back off my CnM 10" Touchpad

Question

Tablet has been dropped on to carpet from only about 9" and will not switch on occasionaly screen has lit up but a slight movement it will go dead. I feel sure that is a jarred connection.Battery is fully charged (shows when screen did light up)
