This is a community based forum, like Yahoo Answers. People who are members both post and answer questions as they can. It isn't at "staffed" site.

To remove the Ask browser, the easiest way for you to get instructions to do this is to simply type "how to remove ask" into your search engine and press enter. I use DuckDuckGo for my default search engine and this is the first hit returned by that search:
