Non-techie here - how do I use a plugin?

Hi there - I downloaded a plug in and have no idea how to use it in Calibre!

It is called Inept Epub DeDRM and it seems to have been accepted by Calibre with no red-flags. It is listed under my Plugins but I have NO IDEA how on earlth to access, use, or whatever else I'm supposed to do! I am a cmplete non-techie.....please help!

I tried to read the User manual but it didn't really help.
