If your using windows there is a program you can use called windows diagnostic and recovery tool(DaRT) it can be very difficult to get as windows doesn't make it public, with this program you can boot to the DaRT os and change your password. I have made a ISO bootable file for bot 32 and 64 bit editions of windows but it is too big to send via email.
