Press the Volume down, power button and Home button together at the same time.
2. Keep holding the button`s until a spark tv logo appears on screen, then release the power button while still holding the other buttons.
3. Then now you can see the recovery option and select “wipe data/factory reset” option and confirm by pressing the power key.
4. Then after wiping the data reboot your phone.
5. Now, after the reboot your phone will be back to its factory reset and you can use it again.
