Where can I get the google play market upgrade

My galaxy s never updated with the very first update bc I was living where I had no service, so it won't do any update at all. I've taken it to verizon store and they couldn't get it to update. I just want the google play market update. Is there a link where I can download it?

How long have you had it? If it is still under warrenty you couldtry taking it back and getting a new one that works. Or call the technical support number on the package. I dont know what all you have tried to do so far. Sorry I cant help you any more than that.
