how do I find out my administrators password for a dell inspiron 1545 laptop

I can't acess anything on my computer til I have I figure out what my administrators password. It said it was already set.

Perform a search for "reset local administrator password" and you will find a number of resources and tools to reset the password. The one caveat is that if you used bitlocker to secure any data, it will be lost. I do not believe there is a way to see what the password is, only to change it to something new.
