Go throught the Gmail password recovery process. When it asks you if you want the notice to go to your mobile phone or email address, click I no longer have access to these and Google will use your security questions to verify your identity.

If you can't remember your security questions, your only hope would be to contact the person who has your mobile number now and arrange for them to get you Google's verification message.
