From the Gmail login, select the option for Forgot My Password.

Enter your email address and then you will be asked if you want to recover your password by email or mobile phone.

If you do not have access to either of those, select that option and you will be asked to answer your security questions.

If you can't answer those, there is no way to recover the account.
